Cleaning Services Overview
Primary Group is responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning, window cleaning at facilities and one meter of building surrounds, in compliance with UAE Safety policies.
- Daily cleaning of communal areas, offices and waste collection
- Periodic deep cleaning during downtime
- Record storage, archives and store rooms cleaned bi-weekly
- Window cleaning on a rolling six monthly basis
- Reactive cleaning & ad hoc services during core hours
- Washroom consumables provided and replenished

- Ability to understand and communicate in basic English
- Ensure proper understanding of the procedures and methodologies

- Handover any found items to the concerned authorities

- Uses proper sign boards/safety implements during cleaning
